During the first part of this week, we felt stuck in “wait and see mode” as negotiators continued to try to resolve the outstanding issues in bipartisan infrastructure negotiations. However, the week took a turn with the announcement of an agreement on the bipartisan infrastructure framework on Wednesday. Perhaps we might still have an August recess!
